Castech srl is a young, dynamic company founded in 1998 a production takevoer of Cast srl. Our company was born to continue the activity of converter in the field of electric insulation for low voltage.
During the years Castech srl has improved its working process and materials, becoming an advisor for problem solving with insulation of electric machines.
Thanks to experience we have in the same time developed a line of resistance welding machines for electric motors connections. Our purpose was to realize in a semi-automatic way the connection between enamelled wires and lead wires or even wires alone, in a quick and reliable way.
This aim has been achieved with the thermo crimping machine, where the welding is made by means of a tinned copper clip, formed by the machine itself, and pressed with heat between two electrodes; on the other hand, on tube fusing machines the welding is made using tube or flag-connectors.
Thanks to our continuous research and study of the different welding requirements, these machines have been improved with the main purpose to make the process the most reliable, constant and automatic possible.
We are proud of the excellent results obtained and we are allowed to say that these machines represent today our top product.
Our range is completed by one taping/insulating machine to apply the insulation on connections, and one small tube and wire cutting equipment.
